Experience creative and fun self-expression activities from a journal created by youth for everyone! Research from a variety of fields — from neuroscience to psychology — shows how self-expression is a critical outlet for releasing feelings, boosting mood, creating greater self-awareness and more! In this session, we'll experience multiple activities to use in communities and with teams – and we'll benefit from our own creative expression as an outlet too!
