About me
In her role as the lead program designer and facilitator for the Innovation Labs, Kim has helped many organizations—from non-profits to government entities to Fortune 100 companies—build their innovation capacities by developing creativity-focused mindsets and problem-solving skills. She has extensive experience in various tools and methods: Visual Thinking Strategies, CPS, design thinking and LEGO® Serious Play® to name a few. Deeply engaged in innovation culture, she also teaches courses on creativity and innovation at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. She holds a BA in English from the University of Cincinnati, an MA in English from The Ohio State University and a PhD in English with a specialization in medieval literature and economics from The Ohio State University.
