About me
Dr. Eleanor Pierre has a doctorate in Curriculum Studies from OISE-UT. She performs training and workshops for colleges and universities in a variety of areas, including teacher education, change management, program review, and evaluation of teaching and learning. She has several years of teaching experience at the college and university levels. Her work is by no means limited to educational institutions but she has been working with business and industry to create pedagogically sound training modules for face to face and on-line learning, program development and management training and development. Some projects she has worked on were funded by Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) and (The Council of Ontario Universities (COU). More recently, she has been working in the area of the Affective Domain of Blooms Taxonomy, Creativity, developing strategies for transfer of knowledge, evaluation of learning, program review, and development of curricular for online modalities.
