With a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication & Conflict Resolution and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership, she specializes in fostering creativity, collaboration, and transformative leadership within diverse groups.
As a professor of Communication at Onondaga Community College for 25 years, Katharine has empowered countless students and professionals by teaching effective communication strategies. Whether teaching or facilitating workshops for businesses, government, or educators, Katharine is dedicated to inspiring change and helping people understand each other at a deep level.
