As a career-long planner Nancylyn has helped not-for-profits, big brands, and start-ups find creative solutions to the challenges they face. Whether it’s strategic planning, marketing consulting, team building or workshop facilitation she’s been focused on provoking new ways of thinking so that teams and businesses can develop the ideas that address their challenges to move ahead.
Every day since her very first CPSI conference Nancylyn has found ways to use CPS in her personal and professional life. From raising kids to family (dys)functions to growing teams and solving business challenges CPS underpins the process. She’s found that in any situation a facilitated approach not only provokes fresh thinking but helps ensure that new ideas and insights are internalized and acted upon.
